Town Nurse available for walk-ins at 5pm

??The Public Health Nurse holds walk-in clinics assisting residents of any member town with a variety of health care needs (medication management, assessment and monitoring of health conditions, medication information) at the following times

• Second Tuesday of every month at the Charlemont Federated Church: 10:30 AM -12 PM
• Third Tuesday of every month at the Good Neighbors Food Distribution at the Charlemont Federated Church at 5 PM
