We the People or We the Corporations? How we can fight back to reclaim our democracy.
John Bonifaz is Co-Founder and Executive Director of Free Speech for People, a national campaign pressing for a 28th Amendment to the US Constitution to reclaim our democracy and to make clear that corporations are not people with constitutional rights. Mr. Bonifaz is a 1992 cum laude graduate of Harvard Law School and a 1999 recipient of a MacArthur Foundation Fellowship.
