Purpose:

 The Planning Board grants special permits for residence new construction, renovations and additions, if required by the Building Inspector. Special permits are also required for all new businesses, change of use or any new commercial construction.

 The Planning Board announces the availability of the 2009 Zoning Amendment - amended April 10, 2009.
