Event:

The Charlemont Fairgrounds is open daily to the public; we encourage residents and guests to view our beautiful fairgrounds, and participate in the many events that are scheduled throughout the year. The Park and Recreation Commissioners work closely with other town organizations; such as the Friends of the Charlemont Fairgrounds, the Board of Selectmen, the Board of Health, and individuals to promote the use of these grounds. In 2010 we look forward to hosting and co-sponsoring many events. Some of these events include; A Town Wide Tag Sale, All you can eat Pancake Breakfast; Yankee Doodle Days, American Whitewater Riverfest, and The Reggae Fest. We encourage participation and suggestions. We conduct open meetings the second Tuesday of each month.
