Purpose:
|
One of the important functions of the Conservation Commission is to administer the state wetland regulations within our town. Generally, any activity within 200' of a year-round stream, brook or river, or activity within 100' of a marsh, pond, flood plain or other wetland requires Conservation Commission review.
