MS Word Documents
MS Word format requires a copy of Microsoft® Word on your computer for viewing or printing.
To download an MSWord document to your home computer right-click on the MS Word link, then select Save Target As... or Save Link As... from the popup menu. Rename the file to end with ".doc" if necessary. This method should work with most web browsers.
PDF Document
PDF format requires the Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer for viewing or printing. The Acrobat reader is available free at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html.To download a PDF file to your home computer right-click on the PDF link, then select Save Target As... or Save Link As... from the popup menu. This method should work with most web browsers.
HTML Document or Web Page
HTML format can be viewed and printed from your web browser however this version is not preferred for printing. To print this document pull down the file menu on your browser and select print.
Images
To download an image from the town of Charlemont website position the cursor over the image you would like to download, select the right mouse button, and select Save Image As... or Save Picture As... from the menu.
